I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Due to the custom nature of these products we produce at The Gleampaw, we are unable to offer returns. Your custom artwork is designed with care and is personal to the photo you provided and your pet.
However, if your order arrived damaged or the artwork isn't quite what you were expecting, please follow these steps:
Send us an email with the damaged picture at support@gleampaw.com and mention the issue and we will assist you with a replacement.
Artwork didn't turn out the way you were hoping? Start by requesting a replacement with writing an email at support@gleampaw.com and our customer care team will follow up with you. Our customer support team is available 24/7.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the custom nature of our portrait products, we begin work on each order promptly after they are placed. Hence, a cancel order is not possible due to the custom nature of this product.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@gleampaw.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. There are no refunds.
How long does shipping take?
USA: We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 3 weeks.
UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.

We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+.
For orders under $100, we charge $10 flat rate shipping to the US, UK, CA, and AUS.
